On April 26, 2013, at 9 AM a Motion to Amend the Judgment in the Class Action Settlement will be heard in the Orange County Superior Court Case No.: 30-2011-00479394. Preliminary Approval of the class action settlement was granted on March 29, 2012. Final Approval was granted June 27, 2012. The hearing will be held in the Orange County Superior Court Civil Complex Center, Department CX-105 and could mean additional funds will be provided to the class members.
