On March 9, 2012,
a Motion for Preliminary Approval of Class Settlement was filed in the
Orange County Superior Court Case No.: 30-2011-00479394. Preliminary Approval of the class action settlement was granted on March 29, 2012.
A final fairness hearing has been set for June 19, 2012 at 8:30 am.
The hearing will be held in the Orange County Superior Court Civil Complex
Center, Department CX-105.
